CyberMatrix Employee Scheduler - CyberMatrix Employee Scheduler is an easy to use single or multi-user application for creating and managing employee schedules. Employee schedule administrators can save time by using Employee Scheduler to automatically generate optimal schedules for their employees. Employees can be assigned into categories, have their day/time availability and scheduling priority entered in order to affect the generated schedules. After automatic scheduling ta kes place, the manual scheduling features can be used to easily adjust the schedules graphically. The schedule exception features allow for managing holidays, leave and sick days. The time clock options allows the software to act as a time clock that records when employees arrive and leave for the day.

Employee Scheduler sports an attractive intuitive display of your employee schedules. Use the schedule view to view by single employee, by all employees, by week and by employees in week. Filter by day, or employee. Employee Scheduler is multi-user ready, you can share schedule data over your network for all your employees. Exchange schedule data with other programs via the CSV import/export feature. Access data from other database applications using the separate ODBC driver.

License Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

Registered Version

One registered copy of Employee Scheduler may be installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people.

You may access the registered version of Employee Scheduler through a network, provided that you have obtained an appropriate seat license for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. For example, if 10 different workstations will access Employee Scheduler on the network, you must have purchased a 10-seat Employee Scheduler license, regardless of whether the workstations use Employee Scheduler at different times or concurrently. A site license allows any number of machines in up to ten different sites to have the software installed and used by any number of people at the company the software was registered to.

Disclaimer of Warranty

CYBERMATRIX hereby disclaims all warranties relating to this software, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of mechantability or fitness for any particular purpose. CYBERMATRIX will not be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, indirect or similar damages due to loss of data or any other reason, even if CYBERMATRIX or an agent of CYBERMATRIX has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall CYBERMATRIX' liability for any damages ever exceed the price paid for the license to use the software, regardless of the form of the claim. The person using the software bears all risk as to the quality and performance of the software. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta. Each of the parties hereto irrevocably attorns to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta and further agrees to commence any litigation which may arise hereunder in the courts of Alberta.

Demo Version

Evaluation and Registration

This is not free software. You are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you wish to use this software after the 30 day evaluation period a registration fee is required. See the help file for ordering information.

Unregistered use of Employee Scheduler after the 30-day evaluation period is in violation of Canadian and international copyright laws.

Distribution

Provided that you verify that you are distributing the time limited Demo Version (select About from the Employee Scheduler Help menu to check) you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Demo version of

this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original Demo version to anyone; and distribute the Demo version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above.
